Monthly Subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Refunds

We offer refunds for Monthly subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • First-time subscribers: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Technical issues: If the Service is unavailable or has significant technical problems, we may issue a prorated refund
  • Billing errors: Accidental or duplicate charges will be fully refunded

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the 7-day initial period. Instead of a refund, we recommend cancelling to prevent future charges while retaining access for your current period.

Founding Member (Lifetime)

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of lifetime access, Founding Member purchases have a strict refund policy:

  • 14-day refund window: Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days: No refunds will be issued except in cases of:
    • Billing errors or technical issues on our end
    • Service discontinuation (prorated refund based on average years of service expected)

Founding Member access cannot be cancelled but remains active for the lifetime of the Service. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

Free Tier

The Free tier has no billing or payments. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at the address below with your account email and transaction details
  2. Explain the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or service offerings at any time:

  • Monthly subscribers: Will be notified 30 days in advance of price changes. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
  • Founding Members: Your lifetime price is locked in regardless of future price increases or changes

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for Monthly subscriptions
  • Founding Member refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
