By accessing and using Yada ("the Service"), operated by Dreamcatcher Studio Co. Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Yada provides a subscription-based platform that transforms podcast content into actionable intelligence, including transcripts, summaries, insights, and analysis. The Service uses a combination of AI technology and human expertise to deliver content.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer multiple subscription tiers:
- Free: Limited access to content with email updates
- Monthly: Full access billed monthly at $20/month
- Founding Member: One-time payment of $500 for lifetime access
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Founding Member purchases are one-time and non-recurring.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. For refund policies, please see our Refund Policy page.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including transcripts, summaries, and insights, is owned by Dreamcatcher Studio Co. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission. Original podcast content remains the property of the respective podcast creators.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or distribute our content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete. Users should verify important information independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dreamcatcher Studio Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phuket, Thailand.
